The Buzz on our Q2 Franchise Brand Growth

Buzz Franchise Brands has officially passed the halfway mark for 2021. Where did the time go?! While we can’t believe it’s already July, we have some great progress to share across all of our brands! Similar to the trends that we saw during the first quarter of 2021, people continue to seek opportunities to chase their dreams of business ownership. A new trend that’s popped up: people have gotten used to the flexibility of working from home that COVID provided and now they don’t want to go back to the rigid office schedule.  

Buzz Franchise Brands Swings for the Fences Even Harder than in Q1

During our last progress update for the first quarter, we were thrilled to announce 8 new franchisees. We’ve surpassed our Q1 progress, with a total of 10 new franchisees for Q2, and a total of 28 territories sold! We’ve had an all hands on deck approach to keep up with the rapid and exciting growth that continues to take place. Buzz Franchise Brands CEO Kevin Wilson said, "At the midpoint of the year our performance is looking strong, and I am very pleased with what we have accomplished. But every game has nine innings (at least), so let's keep pushing!"  

Here’s a deeper look into the wins for each of our individual brands.

  • Pool Scouts continues to sprint towards their goals, with six new franchisees signed in the second quarter, and a total of 10 territories! Our Q2 franchisees are from a handful of places throughout the country. Two of our franchisees will be expanding the Florida market with locations in the Fort Myers area, and one will also be joining our growing group in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We’re also adding franchisees in the Atlanta and Phoenix markets, and growing into Idaho for the first time! Pool Scouts President Michael Wagner said it’s been "Another solid quarter from a results standpoint with our new director of operations Chris adding a ton of value to the team, and many franchisees knocking it out of the park despite some headwinds with people and supplies!"

  • Home Clean Heroes has also made great strides in the second quarter, with two new franchisees purchasing six new territories. These new franchisees bring us into the Dallas and Jacksonville markets. And this totals eight franchisees in the Charter League, with only two spots remaining! Home Clean Heroes President Joe Delatte said, "We continue to bat .1000 with Meet the Team Days, proving that the work done building out the model by the HCH Team tells a great story to candidates."

  • British Swim School has proven to be back stronger than ever, gaining two new franchisees and 12 new territories this quarter! One of our franchisees will be joining us in the Charlotte area, while we’re also bringing a new state into the BSS family in Connecticut! British Swim School President Brian Garrison said, “Our revenue growth has been explosive - our two largest months ever were in May and June, and we’re on track to have our best year yet.”  

One other notable achievement during the second quarter, is that June brought in our highest revenue for all three of our brands! Talk about a grand slam! We look forward to seeing the success we bring in for the second half of the year and beyond!
